The Role
This position supports the International Insurance Claim Department's operational functions. The primary responsibility is to assist claim technical staff with managing claim files.
Responsibilities include :
Candidate Profile
Work experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry.
Knowledge of claims processes.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with electronic document management systems (OnBase, ImageRight, SharePoint) is a plus.
Language skills : Good English (written and oral) required. Fluency in one of the following languages is also required : French, German, Dutch.
