Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Handling and management of all claims assigned to it

Allocation of reserves and management of payments up to the authorization limit.

Supervision and coordination of external professionals involved in claims : lawyers solicitors experts investigators.

Out-of-court settlements.

Shared Responsibilities

Personalized attention to brokers and major accounts (policyholders).

Attendance at underwriting / claims meetings.
