How you will create an impact Job Description

Our Early Career program is designed for participants to start or accelerate their careers through experiential learning, technical training, performance assessments, mentoring, and exposure to senior leaders. Whether you're a recent graduate or have less than two years of experience, the program evolves with technological advancements and changing employee preferences to develop future leaders.

The program offers 2 years of comprehensive, accelerated training to build the technical knowledge and skills needed for a rewarding career at AIG. As a Fulltime Claims Analyst, you'll experience self-study, classroom, and on-the-job assignments that develop your professional knowledge. Training sessions are part of the program. You will learn how to :

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims by analyzing data according to policy and contract conditions.
• Determine claim validity based on documentation.
• Analyze insurance coverages from enquiry to legal liability assessment and quantum analysis.
• Engage experts and lawyers when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, brokers, experts, clients, and legal representatives.
• Work with underwriters to improve products based on claims experience.

The knowledge and relationships gained will prepare you to excel in your claims career.
