Our Early Career program is designed for participants to start or accelerate their careers through experiential learning, technical training, performance assessments, mentoring, and exposure to senior leaders. Whether you're a recent graduate or have less than two years of experience, the program evolves with technological advancements and changing employee preferences to develop future leaders.
The program offers 2 years of comprehensive, accelerated training to build the technical knowledge and skills needed for a rewarding career at AIG. As a Fulltime Claims Analyst, you'll experience self-study, classroom, and on-the-job assignments that develop your professional knowledge. Training sessions are part of the program.
