The Role

This position supports the International Insurance Claim Department's operational functions. The primary responsibility is to assist claim technical staff with managing claim files.

Responsibilities include :

  • Receiving, indexing, and distributing claim correspondence in all formats.
  • Processing payments and financial transactions.
  • Receiving new losses, verifying information accuracy, and completing data entry for initial file setup.
  • Performing quality reviews of claim data for accuracy.
  • Managing documents and entering data into reinsurance claim systems.
  • Providing operational support to claim management, technical staff, and internal / external customers.

Candidate Profile

Work experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry.

Knowledge of claims processes.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with electronic document management systems (OnBase, ImageRight, SharePoint) is a plus.

Language skills : Good English (written and oral) required. Fluency in one of the following languages is also required : French, German, Dutch.
