In this role, you will work closely with our international Client Service and Advisory teams across various locations and contribute to cross-functional projects within MIO.

Our Madrid team is a diverse and dedicated group of professionals, bringing expertise across Client Service, Advisory, HR, IT, and Administrative Support. We collaborate closely with our colleagues in Munich, London, Singapore, New York, and Atlanta to provide outstanding service and insights to our clients.

Position

We are looking for a highly motivated Client Service Specialist (CSS) to support our global team. This is a client-focused role in the Investor Relations sector, responsible for managing our global client base. Additionally, the position includes operational support and administration of our internal investment products, as well as tasks in project management.

Responsibilities

The Client Service Specialist (m / f / d) is jointly responsible for the administration of the investment process for our hedge funds and private equity funds and acts as a direct contact for our investors and external partners. Responsibilities include :

• Reviewing subscription documentation and assisting with the completion of required forms
• Collaborating with the Advisory Team and MIO Compliance to ensure regulatory requirements and AML / KYC standards are met
• Coordinating communication between clients, administrators, and MIO Compliance, as well as maintaining the internal client database
• Working with MIO Finance and external partners to efficiently process client transactions
• Responding to investor inquiries regarding portfolio status, transactions, fund performance, and other investment-related data

Operational Investment & Project Management

The Client Service Specialist (m / f / d) supports the team in the operational management of investment processes for our products ("feeders") outside the U.S. and internal project management tasks, including :
