Responsibilities

• Understand business processes and data in Energy Trading and Asset Optimization & Logistics.
• Define and document processes, data, interfaces, and IT system functionalities, and propose improvements or reengineering where appropriate.
• Analyze business and IT needs to produce clear technical requirements.
• Analyze incidents, perform root cause analysis, and create diagnostics.
• Conduct testing and validation of business requirements and technical implementations.
• Act as a power user / key user and collaborate with real users for product evolution.
• Coordinate and communicate with business stakeholders, IT teams and management.
