What you\'ll do

• Responsible for the daily operation and growth of RWA products and stock contracts, design and execute trading activities (such as new user acquisition sprint, trading competition, VIP upgrade activities).
• Plan differentiated activities based on user segmentation (novice / active user / VIP) to increase user transaction volume and Retention Rate.
• Collaborate with channels, BD, and marketing teams to design differentiated marketing strategies to achieve large-scale new user acquisition and transaction volume breakthroughs.
• Track data metrics (new users, transaction volume, activity ROI), regularly review and optimize operational strategies.
