Job Title : Senior Store Operations Manager
This is a challenging opportunity to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient inventory management, and high-quality team performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations, including staffing, inventory management, customer service, and store displays, to achieve operational efficiency and provide customers with an exceptional experience.
- Responsible for the store's profitability, monitor and analyze operational data, and adjust strategies in a timely manner to meet operating goals.
- Manage and train the store operation team, develop training plans to enhance the overall quality and service level of the team.
Requirements
More than 2 years of experience in store management in the mobile phone or consumer electronics industry would be beneficial.Fluency in both the local language and English, both orally and in writing.Strong passion for retail, strong learning ability, excellent cooperation spirit, and a sense of ownership.#J-18808-Ljbffr
