Your Role
We seek a results-driven and proactive Seller Operations Program Manager to lead and manage key programs optimizing the seller experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive small and medium-sized sellers' operations in Madrid, Spain, focusing on business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and seller data to formulate effective operational strategies enhancing sales performance and platform engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address seller issues improving the seller experience throughout the process.
- Establish strong trust with sellers through regular communication providing operational guidance and training to enhance platform knowledge and skills.
- Monitor and report on operational metrics providing feedback for continuous improvement of platform features and services.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Data Analysis, or a related field.More than six years of e-commerce operation experience preferably in the Spanish market.Familiarity with e-commerce platform operations and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.Native Spanish speaker fluent in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
