Configuration Management Engineer (Hybrid)

Overview

We aim to enhance customer security by providing high-quality services and expert cybersecurity solutions.

Responsibilities

Onboarding
Kick off : Participate in meetings with stakeholders from the customer side to establish strong relationships.
Telemetry planning : Update database information regarding digital assets, monitor ingestion size after log source integration.
Enablement sessions : Share and clarify lists of alerts covered in the service, including criticality and communication protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Reviews

Monthly follow ups : Analyze alert trends, false positives, detection tuning, and pending actions from previous meetings.

Quarterly business review : Share MITRE coverage and technical improvements.

Annual planning : Support in preparing annual plans, sharing technical details for proposed actions.

Customer Support

Orchestrate answers for customer requests : Coordinate with Managers to prioritize tasks based on criticality.

Coordinate troubleshooting and escalation.

SLA : Discuss client-related matters.

Advisory sessions : Lead interviews / workshops with customers to gather information.

Incident response : Participate in checkpoint meetings to support customers as needed.
