WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
- English – Fluent (must)
- Spanish – nice to have
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in systems engineering or operations roles
- Hands-on experience with PAM platforms (e.G., Delinea, HashiCorp, CyberArk, Akeyless, Infisical, BeyondTrust)
- Experience managing non-human identities in hybrid IT / OT environments
- Strong scripting and automation skills (e.G., PowerShell, Python)
- Knowledge of Azure AD, network security, and access control best practices
- Experience supporting global operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Barcelona (1 day per week in the office)
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Provide operational support for PAM and NHI systems, ensuring high availability and performance across IT and OT environmentsPerform routine health checks, system updates, and maintenance tasks to ensure operational stability and complianceTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to privileged access and identity management, including root cause analysis and corrective actionsCollaborate with OT teams to ensure PAM solutions are effectively integrated and maintained within industrial control systems and other OT platformsOperate and maintain systems that manage both human & non-human identities (e.G., service accounts, APIs, devices), ensuring secure provisioning, rotation, and decommissioningMaintain operational documentation, runbooks, and compliance reports related to PAM and NHI systemsConduct c ompliance checks and audits related to access controlDeliver training and support to IT and OT stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to optimize existing PAM / NHI operations and contribute to automation and efficiency initiatives
