AI Product Lead Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our AI product vision, driving strategy and execution of innovative AI solutions that solve real business challenges and deliver customer value.

In this role, you will bridge business goals with technical capabilities, leading the product lifecycle end to end. Your primary focus will be on defining and driving the strategy, vision, and execution of AI products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI initiatives.
• Conduct market, user, and competitor research to identify opportunities and pain points.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and priorities.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Track adoption, performance, and business impact using data-driven insights.
• Promote ethical and user-centric AI principles, ensuring fairness, transparency, and explainability.
• Act as a thought leader in Generative AI, applying tools like Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, and DALL
