Our company is seeking an AI Solutions Specialist & Evangelist with expertise in Prompt Engineering, focusing on staying up-to-date in the AI landscape and translating that knowledge into competitive advantages for our organization.

The ideal candidate will lead the internal adoption of Artificial Intelligence by scouting emerging tools and practices, helping teams integrate AI into their daily workflows, and designing pre-prompts and output optimization strategies to enhance AI model performance.

Key responsibilities include staying updated through news sources and forums, evaluating benchmarks and performance tests of different AI tools, organizing learning sessions and workshops, and coordinating and growing the internal AI Guild.

Requirements include a degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, solid understanding of technical environments, familiarity with process automation and API integration projects, and substantial hands-on experience with AI methodologies and tools.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in consulting or a similar role, strong interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Achievements may include launching the AI Guild, facilitating cross-team workshops, and adopting AI tools with measurable results.
