A leading personal care and fragrance manufacturer is looking for an experienced Packaging professional who can drive cutting-edge packaging solutions across multiple personal care categories. This senior role combines market research, supplier management, and technology implementation to deliver sustainable packaging innovations.

Key Responsibilities :

– Develop creative, sustainable packaging solutions, aligned with brand identity

– Build powerful packaging supplier networks across Europe and Asia

– Coordinate technical testing of materials and components for quality assurance

– Negotiate keen terms with suppliers, including pricing, lead times, and delivery

– Work closely with design and production teams to create market-ready packaging from product concepts

– Attend international trade events and keep current with new packaging technologies, trends and sustainable materials

Candidate Requirements :

– Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related field

– Senior-level Packaging experience within cosmetics or pharmaceuticals, including scale-up expertise

– Strategic thinking with results-oriented approach and analytical mindset

– Fluent written and spoken English for international communications
