This senior role combinesmarket research,supplier management, andtechnology implementationto deliver sustainable packaging innovations.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop creative, sustainable packaging solutions, aligned with brand identity

Build powerful packaging supplier networks across Europe and Asia

Coordinate technical testing of materials and components for quality assurance

Negotiate keen terms with suppliers, including pricing, lead times, and delivery

Work closely with design and production teams to create market-ready packaging from product concepts

Attend international trade events and keep current with new packaging technologies, trends and sustainable materials

Candidate Requirements :

Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related field

Senior-level Packaging experience within cosmetics or pharmaceuticals, including scale-up expertise

Strategic thinking with results-oriented approach and analytical mindset

Fluent written and spoken English for international communications
