Overview What are we looking for?

For our specialized team, we are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with at least 9 years of experience in the role.

Work location : Madrid (Metro Sol)

Work mode : Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities Define and evolve the architecture for large-scale, microservices-based systems.

Lead cross-team design reviews, ensuring alignment with performance, security, and scalability goals.

Architect and optimize CI / CD pipelines for complex, multi-team workflows.

Champion observability, resilience, and "everything as code" across infrastructure and deployments.

Act as a senior technical liaison for stakeholders—translating strategic goals into actionable roadmaps.

Establish and enforce coding standards, testing requirements (TDD / BDD), and performance benchmarks.

Lead brown-bags, hackathons, and guild meetings to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications and experience 9–12 years building and scaling distributed systems in agile / DevOps organizations.

BS / MS in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.

Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful microservices, and event-driven architectures (Kafka, Avro).

Strong frontend skills with React, JavaScript / TypeScript, and API-first integration (Open API).

Deep familiarity with Kubernetes, container security, and infrastructure as code.

Technology Stack Backend : Java, Spring Boot, Entity Framework, REST

Frontend : React, Angular, JavaScript / TypeScript

Data & Messaging : Oracle, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Avro

Infrastructure & DevOps : Kubernetes (PKS), Docker, Helm, Terraform

APIs & Modeling : API-first (Open API), UML

Languages : English C1
