Descripción del trabajoNative Spanish speaker or bilingual (Spanish / English) – clear communication is a must. Strong HTML / CSS fundamentals (we value clarity over framework-heavy experience). Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python . Basic Docker knowledge. Experience building projects from scratch and selecting appropriate libraries. Bonus : any experience or interest in Gleam / Elixir (we’re migrating our stack!). Small, tight-knit team where your voice matters. Adult-friendly culture, we trust you to manage your own time. The role
We’re looking for a mid level full stack developer (with a frontend focus) to join our lean tech team of 4. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help build new features from scratch, contribute to architectural choices, and grow your skills in a fast-moving AI fintech environment.
What you’ll do
- Build high-quality frontend experiences with clean, minimal boilerplate code.
- Work mainly with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python .
- Build from scratch the frontend component, with React.
- Take ownership of your work and contribute ideas to framework and library choices.
- Code ~32 hours per week with minimal meetings – focus on building.
