About the Role As a PV Plant Design Engineer, you will take part in all phases of photovoltaic projects, from conceptual and detailed engineering to construction and commissioning. You will support procurement, supervise multidisciplinary design, provide technical assistance, and contribute to asset management and project financing, ensuring optimized designs that reach RTB status.
Responsibilities Development of conceptual and basic engineering (definition and optimization).
Support in tenders, procurement, and contracting of suppliers / contractors.
Supervision of the execution of detailed engineering for the photovoltaic plant, including electrical, civil, and mechanical disciplines.
Provide technical assistance during construction, operation, and maintenance of the projects.
Coordination of quality processes, commissioning, and project start-up.
Contribution to asset management, strategy, and operations in project financing processes.
Support the Development department to optimize the design and accomplish RTB status.
What we expect from you Industrial, Electrical or Energy Engineering Degree.
Minimum 3 years of experience.
Office tools : proficient user.
AutoCAD : professional level.
PVSyst : professional level.
PVCase : a plus.
English : C1.
Italian / French : a plus.
