Senior Origination Executive

Origination Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Origination to spearhead transactions from inception to completion, with a proven network in key regions.

This senior hire will lead new loan origination and execution, provide high-level service to borrowers, and maintain oversight throughout the loan life cycle.

A strong track record in originating Development Finance , substantial Debt Adviser and Broker networks, expert understanding of underwriting risk, and ability to coach, develop and manage team members are essential requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, language proficiency in Spanish and English, and experience visiting active building sites with knowledge of basic construction methods and budgets.
