Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Public Sector business unit, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. You will engage with key customers and stakeholders, building strong relationships and providing expert advice on our solutions. Your goal will be to secure new contracts and expand our presence in the public sector market.
Responsibilities Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to explore business opportunities
Identify customer requirements and promote our products and solutions
Develop and deliver formal business proposals and presentations
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to win projects and ensure smooth delivery
Achieve quarterly revenue targets and KPIs
Requirements Bachelor\'s degree or above
3+ years of direct sales or channel sales experience in ICT equipment manufacturing or distribution
Proven track record of success in end-user touch and customer engagement
Ability to develop and execute customer-centric sales strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
