What we look for For our Human Resources department, we are looking for an experienced Regional HR Head for Spain & LATAM to lead strategic and operational HR initiatives across the region. You will lead a team of 5 people, and will be part of a team specialized in talent management, compliance, employee engagement, and organizational development, working closely with our senior leadership and contributing to the success of one of our most dynamic regions.
Main tasks and accountabilities Leading and effectively managing a Human Resources team of five professionals
Represent UST in Spain and LATAM on all HR-related matters, internally and externally
Partner with business leaders to drive fair and strategic decision-making across the region
Lead and implement HR projects focused on engagement, benefits, and company culture
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
Manage complex employee relations and performance issues
Oversee HR documentation, audits, and regulatory reporting
Collaborate with global HR teams to align talent strategies and processes
Support training and development initiatives for managers and employees
What do we expect from you? Proven experience in HR leadership roles in IT consultancy firms or similar environments
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Fluency in Spanish and English
Work Location Madrid (Hybrid model with flexibility)
Work Schedule Full-time, flexible schedule with summer compacted hours
