Property Advisory Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Advisor to join our team. As a key player in our dynamic and innovative construction company, you will contribute to our strong growth.

Our recent awards at the GRI Awards prove our success. We have five luxury villa projects under construction and several more in development.

To succeed in this role, you will be the main point of contact for clients following their property purchase. Your responsibilities will include :

• Client Advisory & Guidance : Provide expert advice on projects, developments, and plots, ensuring each client feels supported from first contact to decision-making.
• Potential Clients & Lead Management : Manage leads, ensure timely follow-ups, personalized communication, and accurate documentation to maximize conversion opportunities and client satisfaction.
• Personalization & Upselling : Present tailored property solutions that fit the client's lifestyle and investment goals, promoting available upgrades and premium finishes.
• Proposal & Negotiation : Prepare clear proposals and financial breakdowns, supporting clients in the negotiation and reservation process.

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in real estate advisory, property consultancy, or a client-facing role. Fluency in English is essential, and Spanish is a plus. You should be a natural people person who can build trust-based relationships and provide clients with confidence in their property decisions.

In this role, you will represent the company with integrity and confidence. You should be proactive and solution-oriented, handling client inquiries and challenges effectively. Strong organizational skills are also necessary to manage multiple client requests and property-related details.
