Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Representative at La Manga Club. You will be at the heart of our client's journey to finding their perfect property, guiding them through the buying process, handling property viewings, preparing sales presentations, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also work closely with the project management team to ensure client satisfaction from initial contact through closing. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Negotiating and closing deals with prospective real estate buyers
• ⁠Conducting property viewings and showcasing the unique features of our new-build homes.
• Preparing compelling sales presentations and negotiating contract details.
• Building and managing client relationships using the HubSpot CRM.
• Crafting and managing engaging real estate social media content.
• Collaborating with our project management team to ensure a smooth and easy process for clients.
