Housekeeping Manager Role Overview As a key member of our Housekeeping team, the Assistant Housekeeping Manager plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional hospitality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities :
Guest Experience Delivery : Anticipate and meet guests' needs and expectations with exceptional hospitality skills.
Quality and Cleanliness : Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in Staterooms and public areas.
Team Management : Supervise and manage a dynamic Housekeeping Supervisor team to achieve operational excellence.
Service Delivery : Ensure seamless service delivery in all Guest Areas, including top suites / lofts, assigned decks, and public / crew areas.
Training and Development : Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance and leadership skills.
Qualifications and Skills :
Experience : Minimum one-year Housekeeping Managerial experience in a large hotel or cruise line / hospitality industry required.
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; extensive knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures preferred.
Communication : Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external guests, demonstrated patience, tact, and diplomacy.
Leadership : Proven track record of successful team management, leadership development, and recognition skills.
