FP&A Analyst

Overview

FP&A Analyst who is responsible for supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to help drive strategic decision-making. Part of a fast-growing Finance Team in a company awarded as a Great Place to Work.

Responsibilities

• BUDGETING & FORECASTING : Assist in the preparation and analysis of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• FINANCIAL ANALYSIS & MODELING : Develop financial models to support business decisions, scenario planning, and variance analysis.
• MANAGEMENT REPORTING : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key trends and insights.
• KPI & PERFORMANCE TRACKING : Monitor key financial and operational metrics, identifying risks and opportunities.
• CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION : Work closely with business units, accounting teams, and senior leadership to support financial goals.
• COST & PROFITABILITY ANALYSIS : Conduct margin analysis, cost control reviews, and investment appraisals.
