Global regulatory compliance with e-invoicing and CTC (continuous transaction control) mandates presents a formidable and ongoing challenge for multinationals. We are seeking an Associate to join Pagero – Part of Thomson Reuters’ Regulatory Affairs (RA) team. The RA team has been instrumental in Pagero’s successful global expansion, establishing our position as the global leader in e-invoicing and CTC compliance. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and critical area of our business, ensuring that we continue to lead and innovate in this essential field.
About the Role
In this opportunity as Regulatory Associate, you will :
Analyze and investigate requirements and legislation in markets that Pagero plans to enter
Maintain and monitor up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements in markets that Pagero currently supports
Create compliance related content, including blogs and updates, for internal and external readers
Collaborate with stakeholders to launch new markets including integration, marketing, delivery, and more departments
Present Pagero’s compliance solutions and relevant business cases to customers, curated for both technical and c-level audiences
Address queries from internal and external stakeholders, ranging from simple to complex
About You
You’re a fit for the role of Regulatory Associate if you have the following required qualifications :
At least 1-3 years of experience in e-invoicing / CTC, tax technology and / or indirect tax.
Applicants with legal or compliance experience in digital, privacy and / or security areas, and the readiness to apply that knowledge to digital settings, as well as to learn new skills, will be considered.
Relevant academic degree : e.g., Business, Law, Economics, or similar with relevant work experience
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and document information clearly.
Proficient with MS Office, comfortable with agentic AI and other planning and visualization tools
Additional preferred qualifications include :
Knowledge of other languages is highly merited, including French, German, Arabic, Mandarin and more (preferred, but not required)
Experience in ERP, B2B and data integration including solutions such as managed services (preferred, but not required)
