Responsibilities
1. OneTrust CPM / X System Support and Enhancement :
- Plan, design, configure, implement, enhance, upgrade, test, operate, maintain, secure, monitor, release (manage changes & communicate to stakeholders) and document the computer System (SaaS solution OneTrust Universal Consent & Preference Management + AWS CPX) including all of its components – throughout their lifecycle
- Address daily support tasks, troubleshooting, and resolving issues promptly
2. Infrastructure & Environment Management :
Support the provisioning of AWS infrastructure resources. Design, build, and deploy AWS service configurations using Terraform templates or blueprints for services such as S3, Lambda, IAM, MWAA, ECS, Glue, and RDS.Ensure the AWS and OpenShift environments are cost-efficient and operating optimally. Implement monitoring to detect and respond to events / incidents.Configure CI / CD pipelines to automate the promotion of new releases to higher environments.3. Product Management :
Collaborate within a product team to facilitate the deployment of the CPM system across multiple markets.Actively participate to agile project management Scrum ceremonies. Help business partners / team refine user stories. Specify and document. Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely and within-scope project delivery.Requirements
Key Requirements
Formal education completed in Computer Science or similar relevant fieldAWS Expertise : Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, MWAA, ECS, Glue, RDS, API Gateway), particularly in supporting infrastructure as code (via Terraform).Programming : Proficient in Python and Go.DevOps Practices : Proficient with DevOps and Continuous Integration (CI / CD) practices, with knowledge of Jenkins, Nexus, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.Strong understanding of branching, merging, tagging, and maintaining version control.OpenShift Experience : Hands-on experience with RedHat OpenShift.Programming Languages : Experience with JS language.Methodologies : Experience working with Agile methodologyTools : Experience working with the Atlassian stack (Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence).Experience : A minimum of 3-4 years in a similar role, with the ability to manage conflicts, challenge business customers, manage expectations, and maintain focus on overarching goals and vision.Mindset : Proactive, patient, autonomous, transparent, and customer-focused with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple concurrent activities with a flexible, pragmatic, positive attitude in a complex, demanding and ever-changing business environment.Adaptability : Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and situations, understanding the rationale behind each scenario.Collaboration Skills : Ability to thrive in fast-evolving tech environments, working closely with development and product teams.Fluent in English (mandatory)Strong communication skills, particularly in virtual and global teams, including documentation.Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.OneTrust Experience desired - Specifically Modules : Universal consent & preference module (UCPM) / Cookie Management
