Responsibilities include :
- Providing centralized technical and administrative support for CME project documentation, reporting, and procedures.
- Standardizing workflows and policies by developing templates, procedural guidelines, and organizing departmental information systems.
- Maintaining and updating the company’s footprint database, reflecting all ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Contributing to digitalization and process optimization within the department, tracking initiatives and supporting execution.
- Leading minor construction projects, including site visits, documentation management, scheduling, permits, and milestone tracking.
- Coordinating procurement efforts by collaborating with suppliers and business units.
- Supporting internal compliance with construction policies, including culturally significant considerations such as Vaastu integration.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Several years of experience in project support, technical coordination, or administrative roles in infrastructure environments.Excellent English skills (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of Power BI is desirable.Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Willingness to travel occasionally for project-related tasks (percentage to be specified).#J-18808-Ljbffr
