We’re looking for a Senior Human Resources Operations Specialist to join us at our HQ in Barcelona. This role will be key in ensuring our employees' satisfaction and engagement while optimizing People operations.

If you love a challenge. You will :

• Become HR Operations subject matter expert in your respective countries
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and transitions.
• Administer and update HR systems, maintaining accurate employee records and data integrity.
• Coordinate and support payroll processing, with support of the payroll providers
• Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment.
• Facilitate performance management processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and HR projects.
• Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements to ensure ongoing compliance
