About the Role :
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Generalist to own the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing and screening, offer and onboarding, and general people support.
The ideal candidate will have ~2 years of experience in recruiting or HR, with knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and basic HR administration. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish fluency a plus.
Key responsibilities include drafting and managing employment contracts, coordinating new hire onboarding, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, running interviews, building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring people-related documentation is accurate and well-organized.
Additional qualifications include comfortable working across functions, managing multiple open roles, and having a high level of organization, attention to detail, and discretion with sensitive information.
Working closely with team leads and founders, this role will continuously improve our people experience by collaborating on broader people ops initiatives and supporting key projects.
