Location : Spain. Department : Product. Description : The Principal Product Manager, Pharma R&D, leads product management activities for Pharma R&D use cases as a strategic direction. You will collaborate with developers, QA, UX and client communities to shape, design, prioritise and launch high-quality products that solve client problems. You will also define the direction for existing products that support these use cases and ensure client needs are embedded in development processes. This role reports to the Product Director Enterprise.

Note : due to business needs, we can only accept applications from candidates residing in the UK, Spain, Germany or Romania. Applications from outside these areas will not be considered. We may close this position early if there is a high volume of applications.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Strategy & Vision — Define and drive the long-term strategy, vision, and roadmap for your product area, ensuring alignment with revenue growth, customer satisfaction and competitive advantage.
• Data-informed decisions — Use data insights to identify opportunities for innovation and inform product strategy.
• Prioritisation — Prioritise features and initiatives based on data, client feedback and strategic value.
• Product performance — Monitor product performance through analytics, metrics and user feedback; make data-driven decisions.
• Market awareness — Stay aware of the competitive landscape to keep products relevant.
