Launch the core “marketing machine” : update the website, set up a regular LinkedIn publishing plan , showcase client stories / case studies, and drive the first inbound leads.
Brand & positioning : Define the company’s unique value proposition, tone of voice, and build an actionable brand guide .
Grow digital presence by 5x : drive SEO, content, and social efforts to grow website traffic and subscriber base by at least 5x .
Establish industry authority : deliver 4 high-value materials (whitepapers, client cases, podcasts) and secure 5+ mentions in top industry media.
Conference ROI : Plan impactful participation at major events (SBC, SiGMA, ICE) to generate 10+ quality leads and actionable post-event steps.
Start building the marketing team : Hire the first key member (content, SMM, or performance) and lay the foundations for analytics and marketing processes.
