Information Technology Support Technician

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED

• Experience with Active Directory and Azure user support.
• Experience with Intum management.
• Proficiency in Office 365 administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS environments.
• Familiarity with JIRA and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to handle critical incident test cases efficiently.
• Conversational fluency in English and Spanish.
