Overview
The primary objective of this role is to oversee the commercial development and branding of a prestigious luxury brand within retail stores.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance store performance and increase revenue.
Guarantee the effective execution of the brand's commercial policy across all stores.
Establish and analyze sales targets and results, identifying areas for improvement.
Implement the selling process in line with the brand's guidelines.
Highlight key products according to brand visual standards and collaborate with the visual merchandising team.
Ensure accurate invoicing and collection procedures are followed.
Manage inventory effectively, including restocking, stock organization, discrepancy control, and sell-through analysis.
Team Management
Organize store operations, planning, and determining collective and individual actions.
Support and coordinate communication with store staff, lead daily briefings, and set individual goals.
Contribute to the recruitment and integration of new employees, providing training on processes and procedures.
Evaluate employees and ensure follow-up on their development.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in team management.
Specific competencies : Management, Luxury sales, and hospitality techniques.
Aptitudes : Result-oriented, Client-focused, Organized, Adaptable, Effective written and oral communication, Knowledge of the luxury and fashion industry, particularly shoes, Fluency in English and Spanish.
