Job Title : Key Account Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular communication and site visits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
