Responsibilities

• Team & Performance Management : Monitor and report team / individual performance, give regular feedback, conduct appraisals, manage disciplinary issues, suggest promotions, motivate staff, and control turnover
• Training & Development : Track training needs, support onboarding, provide technical / communication skill development, and delegate tasks to foster growth
• Recruitment & Staffing : Collaborate with HR on hiring, participate in interviews, request new hires when needed, and ensure backup coverage
• Customer & Client Relations : Maintain contact with customers, handle escalations and complaints, attend service-level reviews, and support in emergencies
• Operations & Organization : Distribute workload, define / update processes, manage internal tools, ensure procedures are followed, and resolve logistical issues
• Reporting & Quality : Collect, analyze, and share performance metrics, conduct quality checks, and propose improvements in bonuses, reporting, and procedures
