About your role

We seek a collaborative, knowledgeable, passionate, and driven Technical Project Manager to join our Madrid-based European Operations Center (EOC). In this high-paced role, you will manage and coordinate remotely the installation of solar panels in customers' homes, ensuring weekly and monthly targets for quality and customer satisfaction are met. In 2023, Otovo centralized its Operations team in Madrid, building a dynamic, international, bilingual team passionate about the green transition and installing solar panels and batteries across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary technical evaluations of installations
• Assign projects to local installers based on optimization criteria
• Manage relationships with partner installation companies, ensuring quality of delivery
• Handle critical cases and address project-related issues
