The Role

A team lead is the responsible for the Team Health. He / She is typically a person with a certain level of seniority and very good Soft Skills. By no means he has to be the most senior of the team, but sure a high-tech level is presumed 80% Tech Duties, 20% Lead / Management.

Responsibilities

• Running 1 : 1s listening to the team, giving them your support and going with them in their professional development
• Delivering fair performance reviews in order to build trust and motivate your team
• Hiring the best talent for your team
• Offboarding process into the team
• To anticipate, identify and eliminate blockers in the team
• POs Best Friend
• Oil for the team
• Ensure Guidelines, Best Practices and Architecture
• Delivery Advocate & Enabler.
