Fullstack Tech Lead – AI Focused

We’re looking for a Fullstack Tech Lead / Manager with strong technical leadership, a passion for AI integrations , and a deep interest in product-driven development. In this role, you’ll take ownership of key technical decisions, lead a small team, and play a pivotal role in building the foundations of the Workfully platform — bringing cutting-edge AI into the recruiting experience.

Lead the design and development of platform features from concept to deployment

Mentor and guide engineers, setting high standards for code quality and architecture

Contribute hands-on as a senior engineer while scaling technical capabilities

Ensure robust observability, scalability, and system performance

Champion CI / CD practices, test automation, and continuous improvement

8+ years of professional experience in software development

~ Proven experience leading teams or acting as a senior technical decision-maker

~ Strong fullstack expertise in the JavaScript / TypeScript ecosystem (Node.js, React, etc.)

~ Solid understanding of AWS infrastructure , especially ECS, EC2, and RDS

~ Familiarity with observability and performance monitoring tools

~ Experience with CI / CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks

~ Prior experience working in or leading teams at early-stage startups

Background in HR tech, marketplaces, or SaaS platforms

Experience using AI for recruiter enablement, natural language processing, or workflow automation
