At Factorial, we’re looking for a Country Manager - Poland to lead the launch and growth of our presence in this exciting new market. You’ll be the first person on the ground, building and executing the go-to-market strategy from scratch. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Factorial in Poland, defining the strategy, leading execution, and building the right foundations to scale.

The Role

As Country Manager , you will :

  • Own the market entry strategy & execution : Design, implement, and adapt the GTM plan for Poland to achieve sustainable growth.
  • Build the market from scratch : Identify, recruit, and activate partners (Partner-only GTM approach) while laying down the foundations for a scalable local presence.
  • Develop partnerships & relationships : Establish strong, trust-based relationships with HR tech partners, resellers, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
  • Act as the face of Factorial in Poland : Represent the company in local events, networks, and with partners, becoming the go-to person for all things Factorial in Poland.
  • Gather market intelligence : Continuously collect insights from partners, customers, and competitors to refine strategy and ensure product-market fit.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally : Work closely with global teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, Leadership) to ensure alignment and local adaptation.
  • Lay the groundwork for growth : Set up local processes, identify operational needs, and prepare the path for future team expansion.

Your Profile :

We’re looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial leader with the mindset of a founder and the hunger to build something from the ground up :

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in Sales, Business Development, or Market Launch roles in SaaS or digital transformation environments.
  • Track record of market entry or business building – ideally in Poland or other emerging markets.
  • Hunter mentality : Persistent, resourceful, and excited about opening new doors and building new opportunities.
  • Strong communicator & relationship builder : Able to engage with senior stakeholders, partners, and customers.
  • Strategic & hands-on : Comfortable designing the big picture strategy while rolling up your sleeves to execute it.
  • Proactive, creative, and entrepreneurial : You don’t wait for instructions—you create opportunities.
  • Polish native speaker and fluent in English .
  • Bonus : Knowledge of HR tech or partner-led GTM models.
  • Bonus Points :

  • You have been part of the construction of a Business Unit / team from scratch.
  • Experience with partnership or channel sales.
  • You have knowledge / experience in Human Resources / Software / Payroll.
  • Experience in full cycle Sales B2B.
  • Experience dealing with SMBs.
