Role
Customer Experience Digital Global Search Application Manager will hold a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing a customer-centric global search application for the company. Primary focus is on enhancing customer experience through effective search functionalities. You will leverage AI and semantic search solutions and work with the Global Search Domain Leader to drive advanced search capabilities. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the digital global search application, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success and continuously improve features to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What will you do?
- Develop an in-depth understanding of customer search behavior, preferences, and pain points.
- Design, implement, and maintain a customer-centric global search architecture that leverages AI and semantic search solutions.
- Ensure availability and reliability of the digital global search application by monitoring performance, testing, and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate advanced search algorithms and AI technologies for improved relevance and accuracy.
Project Coordination
Define and manage projects related to the digital global search application, including requirements gathering, planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.Collaborate with UX / UI designers, data scientists, and developers to implement AI-driven search enhancements.Engage with stakeholders to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and incorporate insights into the search application's evolution.Continuous Improvement and Personalization
Monitor and analyze customer search patterns, preferences, and feedback to identify areas for improvement.Propose and implement enhancements to the search application leveraging AI and semantic search techniques.Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in AI-powered search and semantic technologies to drive optimization.Collaboration with Global Search Domain Leader
Align the search application strategy with business objectives.Collaborate on defining the vision, roadmap, and KPIs for the digital global search application.Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities related to the application.Training and Support
Develop training materials and provide guidance to internal teams on using the digital global search application.Offer technical support to stakeholders and end-users, resolving issues promptly and providing exceptional customer service.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, or Marketing).Proven experience in managing digital application projects with a focus on customer experience and search functionalities.Strong project management skills (requirements gathering, planning, execution, stakeholder management).In-depth knowledge of search technologies, including AI-powered search, NLP, and semantic search.Familiarity with customer experience best practices and methodologies.Experience implementing AI-driven solutions and semantic search techniques.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.Experience working with domain leaders and stakeholders.What you will get
