Global Product Director, Practice Management Systems (Remote-friendly from Spain)
Overview
We are looking for a Global Product Director for Practice Management Systems (PMS) to shape the global vision of how these systems integrate into a seamless, connected experience for doctors and clinics. This role aligns PMS roadmaps across countries, works with local Country Managers and global Product leaders, and owns the integrations strategy across Docplanner’s ecosystem, including Marketplace, AI, Payments, and patient engagement tools. It is remote-friendly and ideally based in Spain or Poland.
Responsibilities
- Inspire, lead, and shape PMS product visions into an exceptional market fit for each country.
- Own and drive the integration strategy across PMS platforms and Docplanner products, ensuring a connected experience that supports cross-sell opportunities and ARPU growth.
- Manage stakeholders at global and local levels, ensuring alignment and collaboration across diverse teams.
- Navigate a complex ecosystem serving both individual doctors and clinics, delivering a best-in-class efficiency platform while unlocking value through Visualization, Growth, and AI.
- Define product strategy with Product Leaders and Country Managers, ensuring consistency with the broader Docplanner Tech and Product strategy.
- Influence and establish a shared product vision with Sales, Operations, and Marketing.
- Ensure opportunities and technical plans align with the Engineering function.
- Champion a data-driven, insight-focused approach to innovation using data, market input, and user engagement.
- Foster a decision-making culture based on insight, analysis, and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with other Global Product Directors to standardize objectives, define KPIs, and contribute to MRR growth.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Director.Experience in B2B SaaS and marketplace scaleups.Proven ability to perform in fast-paced, high-growth environments with change management and business scaling.Track record of delivering successful digital products, scaling them, and partnering with Country Managers to address global and local needs.Experience leading or contributing to product integrations across systems, tools, or platforms in a modular or multi-product architecture.End-to-end product development lifecycle expertise with strong Agile / Lean practices.Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Business acumen beyond Product Management and ability to assess product–market fit.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Hands-on approach to product management, including people management when applicable.Experience in healthcare is a plus, not a must. Experience modernizing tech debt while delivering product value is a plus.Additional Information
