Senior Salesforce Application Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. A Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for participating in the technical design of projects, providing effort estimations, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve project objectives.

Key responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing application performance, identifying potential technical risks, and proposing alternative solutions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with technology providers, documenting processes, tracking system performance metrics, validating and testing technical solutions against business requirements, training end-users on developed functionality, ensuring compliance with software quality standards, and generating technical documentation for completed projects.

A minimum of three years' experience as a Salesforce Developer is required, with expertise in developing solutions on Sales Cloud and / or Service Cloud in the Salesforce ecosystem. Knowledge of development technologies such as APEX, Visualforce, LWC, migration tools, SOQL, web services, DevOps / Agile principles, Waterfall delivery principles, SDLC, and coding methodology principles is also essential.
