Regional Commissioning & Transition Manager role at Endeavour. Inspired Infrastructure. Edged Spain has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Commissioning & Transition Manager.
In this position, you will work directly with the Regional Operations Director, Regional Project Director, and Data Center Site Managers, responsible for the planning and coordination of the commissioning for large-scale greenfield data centers and retrofit live data centers.
We are looking for someone who identifies, coordinates and drives improvements in inbound safety, quality, and productivity, working with the Operations Management teams to continuously improve functionality and safety in the Data Centers.
The Regional Commissioning & Transition Manager needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, can think strategically, and works equally as well independently as with a team.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Management : Creates and implements multi-facility, standards-based commissioning plans and schedules
- Provides input and suggestions on new and existing Critical Environment Programs
- Communicates effectively with both business operations and construction managers
- Responsible for regional, short- to medium-term pipeline management to inform resource planning
- Liaises with internal construction managers and external general contractors on the planning and execution of all commissioning activities
- Maintains commissioning logs, equipment checklists, and other tools to track commissioning projects
- Develops electrical and mechanical Functional Performance Test procedures and Factory Acceptance Test Procedures
Design Phase
Develop and review the Owner's Project Requirements and Commissioning DocumentsWrite Commissioning Plans and ProgramsLead stakeholder meetings and kick-offsCreate project directories and align commissioning timelinesConstruction Phase
Manage Level 2–4 Commissioning Workshops and testingAttend and report on Factory & Field Witness TestsDraft test scripts, checklists, and observation reportsConduct weekly commissioning and client meetingsTrack progress and keep commissioning documentation up to dateAcceptance Phase
Lead Level 4–5 Commissioning effortsAnalyze and present commissioning data to stakeholdersPrepare detailed reports and oversee Integrated Systems TestingHandover Phase
Coordinate training for operational teamsReview O&M documentationFacilitate "Lessons Learn" workshopsDeliver the Final Commissioning ReportProcess Management
Follows all commissioning processes and escalates any potential improvements to senior managementDevelop standardized schedules and commissioning scopes based on specific customer contract requirementsReporting
Responsible for internal and external progress reporting for all projects during the commissioning phase, in coordination with the construction project managerPrepares commissioning test procedures and reportsWrites comprehensive reports with recommendations for optimizing building operations, functional checklists, deficiency lists, equipment operation, and maintenance manualsCollates historical data regarding equipment startup and testing challenges and reports back to Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment vendorsProvides input into data analytics / metrics reportingVendor Management
Undertakes quarterly business reviews with vendors to review performance and ways to improve interactionProduces project-specific commissioning RFPs and responds to bid clarificationsLevels and recommends commissioning consultant awardsLeads and manages external resourcesSchedules and directs periodic commissioning meetingsDetermines vendor KPIs and conducts lessons learned reviewsSkills & Requirements
Education / Experience
Minimum of 5 years of relevant Commissioning experience within a data center or industrial environmentsDemonstrable ability to implement new frameworks, policies, and proceduresProven track record of managing and leading diverse multi-country teamsSpecific Skills / Abilities
