Regional Partner Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Partner Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing initiatives to generate regional franchise / business partner pipelines.

  • You will drive results by signing and incorporating regional partners to support partner client incorporation.
  • You will build strong relationships with regional partners, streamline information sources, and closely monitor market comparable practices.

Requirements :

  • You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
  • You should have strong presentation skills to effectively pitch the value.
  • A minimum of 5 years proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in logistics environments is required.
  • You must demonstrate the ability to acquire new clients and close deals.
  • You should have strong organizational skills to track progress, timelines, and site onboarding.
  • Language :

    Proficiency in Spanish and English (Chinese is a plus) is essential for success in this role.
