JOB MISSION We are looking for a motivated junior B2B partnerships professional to join our Partnerships & Business Development team, with a specific focus on growing Bridge’s programs in Africa.

Although the programs will be delivered in Africa, our partners are primarily global organizations : corporations, foundations, and development agencies based in the US, EU, and beyond. The role is not limited to African institutions.

You will help generate revenue through strategic partnerships with corporations, corporate foundations, international foundations, and development agencies. These are co-created, win-win collaborations where partners invest in programs that align with their social impact and sustainability priorities.

This is a junior role (1–2 years’ experience) but not entry-level. You will receive strong coaching from our Business Development Director to grow into a future senior leader in partnership development.

ROLES & CONTRIBUTIONS Research and qualify potential partners across corporations, foundations, and development agencies.

Design and execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, events, referrals, and direct outreach.

Attend and leverage sector events for lead generation.

Monitor grant opportunities aligned with Bridge’s mission.

Maintain a clean, updated pipeline in HubSpot with clear statuses and next steps.

Join and progressively co-lead discovery calls with potential partners.

Support relationship nurturing with regular follow-ups, events, and content sharing.

Learn to identify partner priorities and signals to adapt engagement strategies.

Proposal Development & Deal Support (30%)

Collaborate on tailored proposals and budgets that reflect partner objectives.

Coordinate with internal teams (Programs, Finance) to meet deadlines.

Participate in pricing, proposal framing, and early-stage negotiations.

Ensure smooth handover of signed deals to delivery teams.

Keep CRM data disciplined and accurate.

Support reporting on outreach activity, pipeline health, and conversions.

Analyze funnel performance and propose process improvements.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED ABOUT YOU

This role is for a junior partnerships professional eager to grow in a mission-driven environment. You are motivated by impact, curious about how entrepreneurship can drive social change, and excited to connect with organizations committed to sustainability and inclusive growth. Your enthusiasm for cultivating corporate and philanthropic relationships is matched by a strong desire to generate tangible results for entrepreneurs worldwide.

MUST-HAVES

1–2 years’ experience in business development, fundraising, partnerships, or international development.

Exposure to corporate or philanthropic partnerships (not necessarily Africa-specific).

Understanding of full BD cycle : prospecting, qualification, outreach, proposals, and closing.

Excellent written and spoken English (native-level or very fluent).

Strong research, organization, and CRM discipline.

Motivation to work in social impact and entrepreneurship.

NICE-TO-HAVES

Motivation to work in social impact and entrepreneurship

Experience working with development agencies, multilateral institutions, or corporate foundations.

Fluency in Spanish and / or French.

Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other outbound tools.

International exposure or work experience in emerging markets.

OFFER AND LOCATION

Location : Flexible within the EU. Remote-first. Presence in Madrid or willing to relocate is a plus.

Compensation of 27,000-33,000 EUR per year (gross salary).

Position Type : This is a full-time position.

Type of contract : Permanent contract to Bridge for Billions SL, with a six month probation period.
