Overview Strive are currently supporting a high-growth fintech in their search for a Partnership Sales Manager — a senior, commercial role focused on building and scaling strategic partnerships across the payments ecosystem. This role can be based remote anywhere across Europe (Not the UK).
Responsibilities Own and close complex partnership deals with banks, FinTech's & enterprise clients
Build senior-level (C-suite) relationships and drive revenue growth
Collaborate across Sales, Product & Marketing on go-to-market strategies
Stay ahead of market trends in issuing, processing & payments
Qualifications Proven track record in B2B partnerships / channel sales within payments or issuing
Strong technical and commercial acumen (card issuing, BIN sponsorship, processing value chains)
Experience negotiating enterprise-level deals with senior stakeholders
A strategic mindset to balance short-term wins with long-term ecosystem growth
