Senior Production Support Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our main clients in the banking sector, providing technical support and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Agile methodologies, and ITIL or similar service management methodologies. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to lead cross-functional teams and projects.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and analysis for main banking sector clients.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and drive improvements.

Qualifications

4 years' experience in maintaining web applications based on Java

Knowledge of relational databases (SQL)

Advanced knowledge of web technologies, monitoring tools, and performance analysis

Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban)

User level knowledge JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams tools

Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects
