Ecolab is seeking a Sales Development Manager to help grow our Institutional business which offers comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the foodservice and hospitality include restaurants hotels schools long-term care facilities and more. You will serve as the face of Ecolab providing recommendations on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes and programs that drive a positive guest experience and create cleaner safer and healthier environments.

What You Will Do :
Increase Ecolab Institutional market share. Target markets will include but are not limited to - Health and Aged Care (public and private) Hospitality (Hotel / Motels) Government facilities (Armed forces) Private Schools Local Government FSR (chain business) RestaurantsAchieve new business sales targets established as part of the budgeting process.Ensure growth via new business is profitable by working to strict pricing guidelinesConduct technical surveys to ensure a targeted Ecolab programPrepare and present presentations to convey the Ecolab value proposition and secure new businessConstruct basic customer rollout plans to ensure the customer and field team clearly understand the expectationWork with the field team and act as the one voice of Ecolab during prospecting proposals and presentationsManage the relationship transition to the Regional / State sales team or Corporate AccountsParticipate in trainings involving a combination of classroom and on the job assessmentsBuild and foster industry contacts via networking trade shows functions and equipment suppliersWork in collaboration with Territory Managers District Sales Managers Corporate Account Managers and Regional / State Managers to achieve the desired sales outcome.Route territory will include : CITIES / AREAMinimum Qualifications :
4 years of outside sales experienceWilling to be on call during off hours and weekendsMust have a valid drivers license and acceptable Motor Vehicle RecordPreferred Qualifications :
