Overview

Revenue & Distributions Tech Senior Manager at Sani / Ikos Group.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coordination : Lead the Revenue Systems and Distribution Systems teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and consistent execution of commercial system strategies across the organization.
System Governance & Configuration Oversight : Oversee the architecture and configuration of rate plans, pricing rules, room types, and restrictions across RMS (e.g., Duetto), PMS (Opera), CRS, and Channel Manager platforms, ensuring data accuracy and synchronization.
Project Leadership : Manage and deliver cross-functional projects including new hotel onboardings, system rollouts, upgrades, and integrations (e.g., connectivity enhancements, automation features, segmentation logic changes).
Cross Department & Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with Revenue Senior Manager, commercial leadership, Commercial, IT, Operations, and third-party vendors to develop and implement effective distribution and revenue strategies, and align system capabilities with business needs, ensuring scalable and high-performing solutions.
Channel & Pricing Accuracy & Troubleshooting : Ensure alignment between internal pricing strategies and external channel execution. Supervise audits and parity checks across connected and non-connected distribution platforms. Monitor system health and performance metrics across tools, and lead the resolution of high-impact issues affecting rate visibility, availability, and commercial delivery.
Training & Best Practices : Develop and implement training programs, documentation, and best practices to support operational excellence across both teams and the broader commercial function.
Experience : 6–8 years in hotel revenue and / or distribution systems management, with demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
Technical Expertise : Deep understanding of Opera PMS, Duetto RMS (or similar), CRS platforms (e.g., SynXis), channel managers, and OTA integrations.
Analytical Skills : Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and systems.
Project Management : Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver cross-functional projects, ensuring successful execution and outcomes.
Languages : Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset).
Organizational Abilities : Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
